    Experience was great! Parking was available on the street up-front. Their "check-in" person/professional was a nurse or paramedic (not just a business major or medical clerk) who was able to screen at a pretty advanced level (and just a cool dude). The paperwork wasn't so bad. They don't take insurance, but the administrative overhead that comes with insurance (government regulations, etc). makes it a wise move to avoid. I just used an HSA. The doctor/PA came into the exam room within a reasonable time period and purposely seemed to linger to ensure his body language was conveying "i'm here for you" which was helpful. I'm a bit against antibiotics, due to bad experiences and medical tendency to over-prescribe them, but the doctor was receptive to my concerns. The "check in" medical professional intelligently answered my questions. I took some shots and selfishly would have wanted to hit the road, but they advised me to stick around for 15 minutes. This advice was critical since my body had a "pain response" for 10 mins (lightheaded/cold/hot/sweat)... which would have been a dangerous drive, but I suddenly felt MUCH better. As someone with an entrepreneurial itch, I was very impressed with the lean, efficient, and effective shop they run! It's not "cheap", but it's on the high-end of "fair" for the quality they deliver... assuming you budget for some medical expenses throughout the year (which I do).

    Fantastic experience, parking was extremely convenient for the location and I was seen right away. Even when they're not busy they're on top of their game. Great clinic, wonderful staff, they get a very strong recommendation.

    This place is great! I felt like I've had the cold for almost a month and they treated me right away. I was in there for no more than an hour. The staff, Raymond and Melissa, were super patient with explaining what could be making me feel bad, medications and really nice/approachable overall. They really go out of the way to make you feel comfortable in a medical setting

    Absolutely wonderful service. I’m a nurse myself, and the care I received at this facility from Tori and the PA who saw me (I can’t remember his name) was beyond excellent. It was my wedding rehearsal day, and I came in in pretty bad shape. Both providers showed so much concern and compassion, I felt immediate relief just knowing I was in good hands. Thank you for all you do! I’d recommend anyone and everyone to this facility!

    I took my boyfriend here after he cut himself badly on a school project. We were greeted immediately and taken to a room where the nurse explained very clearly the price and process of the visit. It was absolutely one of the fastest visits to a doctor either one of us has ever experienced. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone for quick and thorough care.
